After the successful training in LBSNAA, Mussoorie and IGNFA, Dehradun, joined as Deputy. Divisional Forest Officer, Bathinda (Territorial) in Punjab State in 2011.After the probation period in Field, took charge of Ferozepur (wildlife) division. With the experience as Divisional Forest Officer, Ferozepur (Territorial) for two years, joined as Divisional Forest Officer, SAS Nagar (Mohali) which included plain and Shiwalikmountain Forest areas. After a short stint as General manager, Punjab State Forest Development Corporation, an opportunity was given to serve in Rupnagar Forest Division, which is managed under PLPA, 1900.In the last tenure served as Field Director, M.C. Zoological Park, Chhatbir for four years in Punjab, apart from the general Zoo administration, handling of media ,Research, Public health, issues of workers union, redressal of public complaints were part of day to day successful management. Led the Insitu-Exsitu linkage programme of Chhatbir Zoothrough which Gharials were Reintroduced in Beas River in the year 2017in Punjab. With the Establishment of Longest Walk-in-Aviary of India and Chhatbir Dinosaur spark, Chhatbir Zoo has got international standards for the visitors amenities.
