Served in three forest divisions for a total period of seven years as Deputy Conservator of Forests (DCF)
From December 2016 to August 2018 served as DCF Wildlife Sarahan (with the charge of four wildlife sanctuaries in great-himalayan landscape as well as Western Tragopan Conservation breeding center)
From August 2018 to February 2023 served as DCF Paonta Sahib and oversaw the restart of silviculture operations in Himachal Pradesh while taking up Sal Silviculture. Hands-on experience of curbing illicit mining and waste-dumping as well as land-restoration
Worked as DCF Solan from February 2023 to March 2024 and oversaw management of land diversion & muck-dumping issues on national highway as well as forest fire issues of Chir-pine forests.
